Refund Policy

1) Cancellation and Refund(s)

All transactions made for Autober or for services provided through Autober are processed in USD and are non-refundable. You have the option to terminate your monthly agreement at any point, however, please note that all prior payments are non-refundable and will not be subject to pro-rating. Similarly, all payments made on an annual basis are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

Should you choose to terminate your Autober membership, please be aware that you will forfeit access to all data within the app.autobersoftware.com ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, Autober funnel designs andtemplates. Additionally, you will be removed from the Autober Facebook Group.

Please note that refunds will not be issued beyond these stipulations from the date of the initial purchase, under any circumstances.

To cancel your Autober subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, a cancellation request must be submitted to us via our support email at [email protected].

Requests for Autober invoices can be made at any time by emailing [email protected].

2) Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment

An Autober user is obligated to fulfill all payment requirements in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription as outlined in these Terms. On a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus any applicable tax for the upcoming subscription period. This will also include any other fees for the next subscription period plus any accumulated charges from the previous period (collectively referred to as “Fees”). Non-utilization of any services available through Autober does not absolve the Autober user of their financial commitments under these Terms.

Payments can be made using either a credit card or debit card. We collect payment details through a secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge that we store transaction-related data, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used for the purchase, along with the payment due dates. You also acknowledge and consent to recurring payments in accordance with the specific service's payment terms (unless the subscription is canceled as per these Terms). Therefore, you authorize the automatic collection of payments for the specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

3) Free Trial

Autober offers a 14-day free trial to new users who register on the Site. After the free trial period, the account will be charged based on the user’s selected subscription plan.

4) Failed Payment(s)

Please be informed that if your payments are overdue, we will proceed to delete the account and any associated funnels after a 7-day delinquency period.

5) Access to Autober Ecosystem: Including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials

By subscribing to app.autobersoftware.com, you gain access to our exclusive Autober-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This includes, but is not limited to, Autober funnel designs, Autober Emails, and Autober Automations, all at no additional cost. We hold the Trademark and Copyrights on Autober Funnel Designs. Usage of these materials is strictly limited to within Autober and is exclusively for current Autober members.

This means that all content within the Autober Ecosystem (app.autobersoftware.com) is non-transferable to any other Autober ecosystem or any external ecosystem or funnel builder. Utilization of Autober training materials outside of an Autober membership or any form of sharing without our explicit consent is strictly forbidden.

In the event of canceling your Autober membership, you will lose access to all data within the app.autobersoftware.com ecosystem. You will also be removed from the Autober Facebook Group.
